HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1992-11-30 PRDA 27342 Imo MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FORMATION OF A PLYMOUTH ROAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND DESIGNATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES On November 30, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Toy at 7:43 P.M. Present: Michael P. McGee, Dale A. Jurcisin, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra, Sean P Kavanagh and Laura M. Toy Absent: None Pursuant to Act 197, Public Acts of Michigan, 1975, as amended, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices not less than 20 and not more than 40 days prior to the hearing date to all property taxpayers of record in the proposed downtown district as shown by the most recent tax oll of the City and all other requirements have been fulfilled. President Toy stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Act 197, Public Acts of Michigan, 1975, as amended, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to the Establishment of a Plymouth Road Development Authority and Designation of a Downtown District. There were approximately sixty persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the of the City Clerk.
