MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
Lir THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON
CANE WOODS SUBDIVISION IN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 4
On December 16, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the Vice President of the Council at 7 37 P.M. Present: Dale Jurcisin,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Sean P. Kavanagh, Michael P. McGee and Ron Ochala.
Absent: Gerald Taylor and Laura Toy.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment
Roll for the installation of street lighting on colonial post top poles in
Cane Woods Estates Subdivision in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 4.
There was one person present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:39 P.M. , December 16,
1992.
