MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
DIVERSEY CORP. FOR A NEW
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
LAI IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 46
On December 16, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by Vice President Ochala at 7:57 p.m. Present: Dale A.
Jurcisin, Fernon P. Feenstra, Sean P. Kavanagh, Michael P. McGee
and Ron Ochala. Absent: Gerald Taylor and Laura Toy.
Vice President Ochala stated that this was a Public Hearing on
the question of whether this City Council should approve the
Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate as
submitted by Diversey Corp. , 12025 Tech Center Drive, Livonia, MI
48150-2122, covering industrial facilities to be located within the
to City of Livonia Industrial Development District No. 46.
There were approximately six people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:17 p.m. , December
16, 1992.
