MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
FORD MOTOR COMPANY - LIVONIA TRANSMISSION PLANT
FOR AN AMENDED INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
On December 7, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by President Toy at 8 00 p m. Present Michael P. McGee,
Dale A Jurcisin, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P Feenstra, Sean P
Kavanagh and Laura Toy. Absent: Ron Ochala
President Toy stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Amended
Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate as
submitted by Ford Motor Company - Livonia Transmission Plant,
covering industrial facilities to be located within the City of
Livonia Industrial Development District No. 1.
There were approximately four people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:25 p.m. , December
8, 1992.
