HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1992-03-18 SAD HENRY RUFF 26930 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR AN ALTERNATE I STREET IMPROVEMENT OF HENRY RUFF SOUTH OF FIVE MILE IN SECTION 23 On March 18, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:50 p.m. Present: Sean P. Kavanagh, Michael P. McGee, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Laura Toy. Absent: Gerald Taylor (medical business) and Fernon P. Feenstra (City business). The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for an Alternate I street improvement of Henry Ruff south of Five Mile Road in Section 28, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately thirty persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
