MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON HUBBARD AND INDUSTRIAL ROADS
IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 27
On March 18, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 7:31 p.m. Present:
Sean Kavanagh, Michael P McGee, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and
Laura Toy Absent: Gerald Taylor (medical business) and Fernon P.
Feenstra (City business).
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide
for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense
Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
imp the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll
for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting
system on davitt poles on Hubbard and Industrial Roads in the N.E.
1/4 of Section 27, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were no persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:35 p.m. , March 18,
1992
