HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1992-03-18 SAD WESTERN GOLF 26928 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN WESTERN GOLF ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 24 On March 18, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:36 p m. Present: Sean Kavanagh, Michael P. McGee, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Laura Toy. Absent: Gerald Taylor (medical business) and Fernon P. Feenstra (City business). The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," IL. the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting system on colonial post tope in Western Golf Estates Subdivision in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 24, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were no persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
