HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1991-11-18 SAD SAVOIE 26730 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT ON SAVOIE AND GROVE SOUTH OF SIX MILE AND EAST OF MIDDLEBELT IN THE N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 13 On November 18, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 7:42 p.m. Present: Joan McCotter (entered at 7:55 p.m. ), Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Ron Ochala (on business). The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordin- ances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Savoie and Grove south of Six Mile and east of Middlebelt in the N.W. 1/4 of Section 13, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately eighteen persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
