MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 91-10-2-26 (WAIVER USE)

On December 18, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7:00 P.M Present: Robert R. Bishop, Gerald
Taylor, Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra and Joan McCotter. Absent: Laura
Toy and Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 91-10-2-26 submitted by J & M Party Store,
requesting waiver use approval to utilize an SDD license in an existing party
store in an existing party store located on the north side of Plymouth Road
between Cardwell and Cavell Avenues in the S E. 1/4 of Section 25.
There were six persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 20 P.M. , December 18, 1991.
