HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1992-01-08 SAD HENRY RUFF 26805 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT ILs ON HENRY RUFF, SOUTH OF FIVE MILE, IN SECTION 23 On January 8, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:02 p.m. Present: Dale Jurcisin, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra and Laura Toy. Absent: None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Henry Ruff, south of Five Mile, T IS R 9E in Section 23, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately thirty-five persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration Lorby the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
