MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON
HUBBARD AND INDUSTRIAL ROADS
IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27
On December 9, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8:21 P.M. Present: Robert R. Bishop,
Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Fernon P. Feenstra and Joan McCotter.
Absent: Ron Ochala and Laura Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the NECESSITY for the install-
ation of street lighting with underground wiring on Hubbard and Industrial
Roads, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27 City of Livonia, MI
There were three people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consid-
eration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:30 P.M. , December 9,
1991.
