MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
ON WADSWORTH (EAST OF START ROAD) S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 28
On November 18, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the Vice President of the Council at 7:35 p m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald
Taylor and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Ron Ochala and Joan McCotter
(both out on business).
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordin-
ances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on
the Necessity for the street improvement of Wadsworth (East of
Stark in the S.E. 1/4 of Section 28, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately five persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:41 p.m. , November
18, 1991.
