MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON
GILL ROAD BETWEEN SEVEN AND EIGHT MILE ROADS
On October 21, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7:35 P.M. Present: Dale Jurcisin, Ron
Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor
and Joan McCotter. Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the NECESSITY for the install-
ation of street lighting with underground wiring on davitt poles on Gill
ILN Road between Seven and Eight Mile Roads, City of Livonia, MI.
There were thirty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consid-
eration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:19 P.M. , October 21,
1991.
