MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR SATELLITE DISC ANTENNA
On August 14, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8:20 P.M. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert
R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin and Joan McCotter. Absent: Ron
Ochala and Laura Toy.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Section 19 08
of Ordinance No. 543, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on Permit Application submitted by Jerry Carson for a Satellite Disc
Antenna on property located at 31185 Lyndon in Section 23, City of Livonia,
Michigan.
ilmThere was one persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:35 P.M. , August 14, 1991.
