MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETIION 91-1-2-1 (WAIVER USE)
On April 24, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 7 32 P.M. Present:
Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala, Fernon P Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert
R. Bishop and Joan McCotter. Absent: Gerald Taylor.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and
likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and
sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543,
the City Counci is opening a public hearing relative to Petition
91-1-2-1 submitted by Louis G Redstone Assoc. , Inc. requesting
kie permission to construct an Amoco Service Station and food shop as
WAIVER USE on property zoned C-2, located on the northeast corner
of Six Mile Road and Haggerty Road in the S W 1/4 of Section 7,
City of Livonia
There were two persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 08 P M ,
April 24, 1991
