HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1991-04-24 PETITION 1991-01-02-03 26436 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETIION 91-1-2-3 (WAIVER USE) imm On April 24, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:09 P.M. Present: Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop and Joan McCotter. Absent: Gerald Taylor. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 91-1-2-3 submitted by Shell Oil Company, and New Five Shell, Inc. , 116 requesting WAIVER USE approval to add a car wash facility to the Shell Service Station located at the southeast corner of Five Mile and Merriman Roads in the N W. 1/4 of Section 23 There were five persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:49 P.M. , April 24, 1991 ROBERT F. NASH, CITY CLERK
