HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-09-19 IFEC GENERAL MOTORS 26038 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY GENERAL MOTORS ENGINE CORPORATION - GENERAL MOTORS ENGINE DIVISION FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 On September 19, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:04 P.M. Present: Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala, Fernon P Feenstra, Laura Toy and Joan McCotter Absent Robert R. Bishop The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by General Motors Corporation - General Motors Engine Division covering industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No. 2. There were approximately ten persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:32 P.M. , September 19, 1990.
