MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR
tom THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN
CALIBURN ESTATES NO. 1
IN THE N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 8
On September 19, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 7:36 p.m. Present:
Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura
Toy and Joan McCotter. Absent: Robert R. Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordin-
ances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Necessity for the installation of street lights with
colonial post tops in Caliburn Estates Subdivision No. 1 in the
N W 1/4 of Section 8, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were no persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:38 p.m. , September
19, 1990
