MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN
CALIBURN MANOR SUBDIVISION NO. 1
IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 7
On December 17, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the Vice President at 7:43 p.m. Present: Dale
Jurcisin, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor and Fernon P
Feenstra. Absent: Joan McCotter (recuperating from minor surgery)
and Ron Ochala.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide
for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense There-
of by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Roll for the
ibr installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting system on
colonial post tops with underground wiring in Caliburn Manor Sub-
division No 1 in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 7, City of Livonia,
Michigan.
There were no persons present.
Questions and and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 45 p.m. , December
17, 1990.
