MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 90-8-2-29 (WAIVER USE)
On December 17, 1990, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 7:46 p.m.
Present: Dale Jurcisin, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor
and Fernon P Feenstra. Absent: Joan McCotter (recuperating from
minor surgery).
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and
likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and
sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543,
the City Counci is opening a public hearing relative to Petition
90-8-2-27 submitted by Angelo D'Orazio requesting waiver use
approval to operate a limited service restaurant (Polo Yogurt Cafe)
within the Stamford Plaza Shopping Center located on the south side
of Seven Mile Road between Myron and Whitby Streets in the N E 1/4
of Section 24, City of Livonia.
There were approximately two persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:47 P M. ,
December 17, 1990.
