HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-06-20 NECESSITY STONEHOUSE 25856 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON STONEHOUSE, HUFF AND RICHFIELD IN THE N E 1/4 OF SECTION 19 On June 20, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 29 p m Present Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Fernon P Feenstra Absent Dale Jurcisin The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights on Stonehouse, Huff, and Richfield in the Castle Gardens Subdivision, lbwin the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately 25 persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 53 p m. , June 20, 1990 ,,,e'Lletif7tOOrk0 ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
