E. 1/4 OF SECTION 33 On March 7, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 06 P M. Present. Joan McCotter, Robert R. Bishop, Dale Jurcisin, and Ron Ochala Absent. Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor and Fernon P. Feenstra The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08.070, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for improvement of Orangelawn (Farmington to Stark) in the N E. 1/4 of Imp Section 33, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately 34 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
