HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-03-28 SAD PARAGON 25663 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE PARAGON TECHNOLOGY PARK SUBDIVISION, N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 27 On March 28, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:01 P. M. Present: Joan McCotter, Robert Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Fernon P Feenstra. Absent: Laura Toy. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium lights on davitt poles with underground wiring in the northeast 1/4 of Section 27, City of Livonia There were approximately 20 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in Lal the Office of the City Clerk The public hearing was declared closed at 7 03 P M.
