MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
RELATIVE TO THE NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE
FOX CREEK MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
IN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 5
On April 4, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7:21 P.K. Present: Joan McCotter,
Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Fernon P. Feenstra. Absent:
Robert R. Bishop and Dale A. Jurcisin.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08.070, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity
for installing street lights in the Whispering Hills Subdivision in the
S.W. 1/4 of Section 5, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 23 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 28 p.m. , April 4,
1990.
