MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
FORD MOTOR COMPANY REQUESTING
THREE IFEC's FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
On April 4, 1990, the above hearings were held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 7:40 P. M. Present:
Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra and
Imo Ron Ochala. Absent: Robert R. Bishop and Dale Jurcisin.
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the
Applications for three Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificates
as submitted by Ford Motor Company covering new industrial
facilities for AOD Transmission, AODW Automatic Transmission, and
Livonia Transmission Plant Test Services Mod Program. to be located
within the City of Livonia Industrial Development District No. 1.
There were 8 persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:15 P. M. , April 4,
1990.
