MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
111 STREET IMPROVEMENT ON ORANGELAWN IN THE
N. E 1/4 OF SECTION 33
On May 2, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7:35 P.M. Present: Joan McCotter,
Laura Toy, Robert Bishop, Ron Ochala and Fernon P. Feenstra
Absent: Gerald Taylor and Dale Jurcisin.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide
for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense
Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll
for the street improvement on Orangelawn, Farmington to Stark, in
the N.E. 1/4 of Section 33 in the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 14 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7:55 P.M. , May 2,
1990.
