MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
RELATIVE TO A PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT ON
OF MAPLEWOOD, CLARITA, PICKFORD & GRIMM IN THE
NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12
On November 15, 1989, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and
was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at
8: 46 p.m. Present: Vice President Joan McCotter, Laura Toy,
Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin. Absent:
President Fernon P. Feenstra and Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 . 08. 070, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code
of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a
public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed street
improvement on Maplewood, Clarita, Pickford & Grimm in the
in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, City of Livonia,
Michigan.
There were approximately 50 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of
which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9: 30 p.m. ,
November 15 , 1989.
