HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-01-15 SAD MAYFLOWER 25465 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE MAYFLOWER ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4 On January 15, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8:14 P. M Present: Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra and Ron Ochala Absent Joan McCotter, Laura Toy and Robert R Bishop. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," ibe the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium lights on davitt poles with underground wiring in the southeast 1/4 of Section 4, City of Livonia. There were approximately 44 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk The public hearing was declared closed at 8: 16 P.
