HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-01-24 NECESSITY BELDEN 25498 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO THE NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE BELDEN INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION On January 24, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 16 P M Present Joan McCotter, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, and Fernon P Feenstra Absent Laura Toy and Ron Ochala The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08.070, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity iim for the installation of street lights on Tech Center Drive, north of Plymouth Road in the S E 1/4 of Section 26, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately 30 people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 20 p m. , January 24, 1990 ' f/S1°t' )1'1°"./?- ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
