MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT ON HILLCREST, NO. OF SEVEN MILE,
S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 2
On February 7 , 1990 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and
was called to order by the President of the Council at 8: 31
P. M. Present: Joan McCotter, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald
Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, and Ron Ochala. Absent: Fernon P.
Feenstra and Laura Toy.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to
Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the
Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement on
Hillcrest, No. of Seven Mile,S. W. 1/4 of Section 2 in the
City of Livonia.
troThere were approximately 32 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of
which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 : 32 P. M. ,
February 7 , 1990 .
