MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PETITION 10-2-51 (WAIVER USE)
On February 21, 1990 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and
was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 . 00
p.m. Present. Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop,
Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Fernon Feenstra. Absent:
Gerald Taylor.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 543 , the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Hearing duly
published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance 543 , the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 10-2-51 by William Amell
Enterprises requesting permission to construct and operate a
drive-thru restaurant with no customer seating on property
located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Laurel
Avenue and Wayne Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33 ,
City of Livonia
There were approximately 28 people present.
Questions and comments from interested people were
given due consideration by the Council , a transcript of
which of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 : 50 p.m. ,
February 21 , 1990
