MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING PETITION
LOn February 21 , 1990 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive , Livonia, Michigan, and
was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 : 51
p m. Present: Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R Bishop,
Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Fernon Feenstra Absent.

The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921 ,
as amended, the City Zoning Act, (MSA 5 2934 ; MCLA 125 . 548 ,
as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543 , the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Livonia , the Council of the City of
onia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a
trie change of the Zoning Ordinance
Petition 89-11-1-35 , submitted by Allie Bros .
Investment for a change of zoning on property located on the
west side of Middlebelt Road between Bretton and Norfolk
Streets in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 2 , from RUFA to C-1 ,
(Rural Urban Farm-one family residential to Local Business ) ,
the City Planning Commission in its resolution 12-256-89
having recommended to the City Council that Petition
89-11-1-35 be approved
There were approximately 8 people present.
Questions and comments from interested people were
given due consideration by the Council , a transcript of
which of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 00 p m. ,
February 21 , 1990 .
