MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT OF NORTHLAND, ST. MARTINS AND BETHANY
[400 IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6
On April 3, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7:03 P.M Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan
McCotter, *Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and
Dale Jurcisin Absent None. *Councilwoman Toy arrived at 7 15 p m.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of
Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment
and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Northland,
IN. St Martins and Bethany in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6 of the City of
Livonia
There were approximately 25 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 48 p m. , April 3, 1989
