MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE
PROPOSED EXTENSION OF PAVING AND UTILITIES ALONG
INDUSTRIAL ROAD IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 27 AND
THE EXTENSION OF HUBBARD ROAD TO SOUTH OF SCHOOLCRAFT
On June 5, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 8 : 08 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy,
Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale
Jurcisin. Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 . 08 , Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of
Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Necessity for the proposed extension of
impaving and utilities along Industrial Road in the North 1/2
of Section 27 and the extension of Hubbard Road to south of
Schoolcraft, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately six people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of
which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 : 26 p.m. ,
June 5, 1989.
