MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 88-9-2-44
On December 14, 1988, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 9: 27 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert
R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions
of Ordinance No. 543 , the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly
published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No. 543 , the City Council is opening a public hearing
relative to a communication dated October 28 , 1988 , from Alan
LZack, requesting waiver use approval to operate an auto body
shop within an existing building located on the east side of
Stark Road, south of the C & 0 Railway in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 28.
There was no one present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9: 28 p.m. ,
December 14 , 1988.
