MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT OF MERRIMAN COURT, NORTH OF SEVEN MILE ROAD
IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 2
On February 1, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8:50 p.m
Present Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R
Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of
ibil Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment
and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement on Merriman
Court, north of Seven Mile Road in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2, City of
Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 15 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:54 p.m , February 1,
1989.
