Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7:25 p m Present Feruou P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter,
Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent Laura Toy and
Robert R. Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a
public hearing relative to Petition 87-2-8-7 submitted by the Foresta
Group, Inc. requesting approval of all plans in connection with a proposal to
renovate an existing office building on the north side of Five Mile Road
between Edington and Stamford in Section 16.

There were approximately four people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:43 p m , July 20, 1988
