MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON HOLIDAY INN LIVONIA-WEST (Signs)

On September 26 , 1988 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 8: 38 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Gerald
Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Robert R.
Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 543 , the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia,
and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly
published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No. 543 , the City Council is opening a public hearing
relative to a communication from the General Manager of Holiday
Inn with regard to a Sign Permit Application to construct two
building wall signs at the Holiday Inn Livonia-West on North
Laurel Park Drive.
There were approximately three people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 : 52 p.m. ,
September 26 , 1988.
