MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 87-11-2-53 (Plans)
im On September 26, 1988 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 9: 54 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Gerald
Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Robert R.
Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 543 , the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia,
and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly
published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No. 543 , the City Council is opening a public hearing
relative to Petition 87-11-2-53 submitted by Ronald Parz
requesting approval to construct a retail shopping center on
the north side of Plymouth Road between Middlebelt and Merriman
Roads in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26.
There were approximately 9 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 : 34 p.m. ,
September 26, 1988 .
