MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 88-4-2-14
On October 17, 1988, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 8: 59 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert
R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor and Ron Ochala. Absent: Dale
Jurcisin.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia,
and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly
published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No. 543 , the City Council is opening a public hearing
Lrelative to a communication received from Nancy Barile re:
Petition 88-4-2-14 requesting permission to operate a sit-down
restaurant within an existing building located on the north
side of Plymouth Road, west of Merriman Road, in the Southeast
1/4 of Section 27.
There were approximately twelve people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10: 01 p.m. ,
October 17, 1988 .
