MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
ON ANTAGO, SEVEN MILE TO VASSAR

On March 30, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9:22 P.M. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter,
Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent. Laura
Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement
on Antago, Seven Mile to Vassar, in Section 1 , City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 10 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
Ibm by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:34 p.m , March 30, 1988
