MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY VALASSIS INSERTS
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 33
On December 2, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 34 p m. Present McCotter, Feenstra, Bishop, Taylor,
Bennett, Ochala, McCann. Absent None.
The President stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Valassis Inserts covering
industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No. 33.
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
ifts by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9:40 p.m. , December 2, 1987
