MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST OF TECHNICOLOR VIDEOCASSETTE
OF MICHIGAN, INC FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 13
On December 2, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 16 p m Present McCotter, Feenstra, Bishop, Taylor,
Bennett, Ochala, McCann Absent None
The President stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should aprpove the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Technicolor Videocassette
of Michigan, Inc to transfer an existing certificate from CBS/Fox Company,
to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 13
There were approximately 10 people present
impQuestions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 20 p m. , December 2, 1987
