MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN CANTERBURY ESTATES AND
lis WESTMORE SUBDIVISION IN THE S.W 1/4 OF SECTION 11
On December 16, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33008
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 56 p m Present: Robert E. McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala
Absent: Joan McCotter.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lights with underground
wiring in Canterbury Estates and Westmore Subdivision in the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 11 of the City of Livonia
There were approximately three people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8.58 p m. , December 16, 1987.
