MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY ROMA'S OF MICHIGAN INC.
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO, 43
On January 6, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 15 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert
R. Bishop, Joan McCotter, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisio, Absent: Ron Ochala
The President stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Roma's of Michigan, Inc.
covering industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 43
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8.30 p.m. , January 6, 1988
