MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 87-10-2-46 (WAIVER USE)
On January 11, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 9 26 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra, Laura
Toy, Robert R Bishop, Joan McCotter, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin Absent
Ron Ochala
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of public hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to a use permit submitted by D C Electronics, Inc ,
requesting permission to use an existing building for a gas station and
convenience store as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the
Southeast corner of Eight Mile and Farmington Roads in the Northwest 1/4
of Section 3 of the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 10 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 45 p m , January 11, 1988
