limMINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
GAGNIER PRODUCTS COMPANY
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 47
On February 22, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 35 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra,
Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, and Ron Ochala Absent Laura Toy,
Joan McCotter and Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for
an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Gagnier
Products Company covering industrial facilities to be located within
lbw City of Livonia Industrial Development District No. 47.
There were approximately eight people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 40 p m , February 22,
1988.
