MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF STREET LIGHTS IN SMOKLER-ROUSSEAU SUBDIVISION
IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32
On February 27, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7:05 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert R. Bishop,
Gerald Taylor and Ron Ochala.
Absent: Laura Toy and Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity
for the installation of ornamental street lighting with underground
wiring in Smokler-Rousseau Subdivision in the Northwest 1/4 of Section
32, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 34 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:20 p m , February 27,
1989.
