MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN THE BOTSFORD PARK SUBDIVISION
IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1

On May 18, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 00 p m Present Robert E McCann, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala
Absent: Joan McCotter.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
installation of street lights in the Botsford Park Subdivision in the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately fifty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 30 p m. , May 18, 1987
