MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 87-2-2-4 (WAIVER USE)
On May 13, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 33 p m Present Joan McCotter, Fernon P
Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Ron Ochala, Robert E McCann Absent Gerald
Taylor, Robert D Bennett
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a
public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Isam Kashat requesting
permission to use the premises for an SDM licensed establishment as a waiver
use located on the West side of Inkster Road (15375) , North of Five Mile
imeRoad, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 13 in the City of Livonia
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 50 p m , May 13, 1987
